HOW TO VEW THE DOCUMENTS

To download

Click the relevant "+" icon to view the list of resources.

1. Right click on the link for the fact sheet or information kit you want to download, and select SAVE TARGET AS.
2. the SAVE AS dialog box will open.
3. save the file to the location you desire.
4. when you open a MS Word document from the saved location, a password dialog box will open. Click the READ ONLY button to open.

To open in new window

1. click on the information kit or fact sheet you want to view,
2. if a password dialog box comes up, click on the READ ONLY button. These documents are available in either MS Word or PDF formats.

If you need a PDF reader you can download one from www.adobe.com.

Information kits contain an explanation of the procedures you need to follow when making a claim, such as procedural flow charts, forms, solicitor lists and other useful information. It is recommended that you read the kit alongside the relevant fact sheet found in the section above.
