Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 (WA)

The Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 (WA) is a state law which regulates health and safety in the workplace in Western Australia. It also establishes the Commission for Occupational Safety and Health, and sets up a tribunal which determines claims and facilitates the administration of the laws and regulations relating to occupational safety and health. The Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 (WA) is administered by WorkSafe.
